Vasudeva soon went to Mathura and reached the prison with the baby girl. The doors closed on their own. The chains locked on the hands of Vasudeva on their own. The baby girl cried. The soldiers woke up on hearing a child’s cry. Soldiers ran to Kamsa and said, “My lord! A baby girl has born in the deadly prison.’’ Kamsa said, “The killer has born, that too a girl! I will smash her in a second!’’ Kamsa walked like a wild tiger.
He went to prison, snatched the baby, holded him upside down, took his Talwar (Ancient Indian sword) and was about to kill the girl but the girl loosed from his hand, flew to the air and took the form of Goddess Yogamaya.

She said, “Hey Kamsa! be cautious! The eighth child, the god definitely there to punish you for your sins. He is stead-fast. None can stop him. Even Brahma and Shiva can’t stop him as he is the avatar of Lord Mahavishnu. ”, saying this she disappeared.
